Registered Manager
Julie Mills is the Registered Manager of Grenham Bay Court. She has over 30 years of experience working in a care setting, including at a management level. Julie has an NVQ Level 3 in care and a Registered Managers Award NVQ Level 4.
Alex Browning
Home Manager
Alex is the Home Manager of Grenham Bay Court. Alex has worked for the company for 6 years, starting as a night care assistant at one of our sister homes. He has now progressed to managing Grenham Bay Court. Alex has an NVQ 3 in Care and an NVQ in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.

Resident Cat
Grenham bay’s Resident Cat, Willow is the valued Pet therapy team leader and has been fulfilling the role for over 5 years.
Willow spends her days enjoying all the love and attention from the residents and staff.
