Registered Home Manager
Ms Lauren Lloyd is the Registered Manager, with many years’ experience of working in a care setting. Lauren is currently working towards her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management and has worked at Grenham Bay Court for over 7 years. Lauren holds an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care.
Julie Mills is the Deputy Manager of Grenham Bay Court, with many years experience of working in a care setting including at management level. She has worked at Grenham Bay Court for over 30 years. Julie has an NVQ Level 3 in care and a Registered Managers Award NVQ Level 4.
Mr Suat Yilmaz is the CEO/Proprietor who has had over 20 years of experience in the care industry.
Miss Vanessa Cornfoot is The nominated Individual/Executive Director for the company with over 20 years experience of working within the care industry.
Account & Payroll Director
Mrs Maria Marsh is the Accounts & Payroll Director who has been working for the company for over 10 years.
